You communications network is vital for you business. When something goes wrong, you need to be able to bet the system up and running quickly and as such, you need to be able to contact someone that you know can do the job. Teledata Alarms & Communications prides itself on customer service and gives priority to customers that are experiencing problems. We aim to have the problem fixed in the minimum amount of time, thus enabling you business to continue to function.

Options for service are as follows :

  • Service Contract where for a fee we will fix any problem that arises from normal wear and tear.
  • Fee for service where you pay for the service call and time on site along with any material used.

24 hour on call. If this option is required, a fee will be charged to have a technician on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On top of this, a schedule of rates will be agreed to if a call out is required.
